5. Logistics Partners

Logistics providers registered on Taptap Shop must comply with all applicable transportation and courier regulations. They are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcels assigned to them.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and intellectual property on Taptap Shop belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Taptap Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total transaction value in dispute.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, at our discretion and without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms
